    The assembly of systems or sub systems, whether built manually or automatically, must be controlled: presence of mechanical and electronic parts (e.g. screws, connectors), clearance, soldering quality, material failure.

  • Apertures

    Some critical parts (e.g. turbine blades) have microchannels for venting purposes. This is to limit their temperature while operating. Post-manufacturing pneumatic control helps check that these channels are unobstructed.
